January 25 - Mmmm...baby cow.


Both Chris and I are big fans of veal parm so you can imagine how thrilled I was to find some veal cutlets at the Winn Dixie. (Veal is not easy to find here, for some reason.) It took our combined efforts to make some tasty veal parm this evening.

Bonus photo: Fenway laying beneath the dining room table and diligently watching Chris in the kitchen put the finishing touches on the veal parm.
