Another favorite from our trip out west. This little diner/microbrewery was in Hays, Kansas. Basically a little mecca in the middle of nowhere, this was a highlight from our trip. We stopped there on the way home and if we ever find ourselves driving through Kansas again we will be sure to visit. Here's hoping we see some of their products in stores near you (so far, no bottling).
