Expecting

Ok no...not what you think!

We adopted the newest member of the George family at the Dothan Animal Shelter. She is about 4 months old, has red hair and big brown eyes. Her name is Fenway and we expect to be able to pick her up on Wednesday!

I've been wanting a dog of my own for years now and am so excited to finally get one (I've always lived in apartments that didn't allow pets and have had allergic roommates here and there). So we embark on having a little critter to take care of. (Well....she may not be so little for very long. She has lab and some sort of hound in her.)

So here she is in her debut - a photo I took of her on Sunday when we met her. You can be sure that many more photos and stories are to come!
