Thursday, January 18, 2010 - Lemon Chicken anyone?

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in Enterprise is Hunan Kitchen. While it isn't quite as amazing as our rehearsal dinner, which was prepared by our dear friend Eunice Chang (original owner and operator of the Lucky Wok in Parsippany, NJ....and who we met in Lexington, MA!). In any case, Hunan makes a mean Lemon Chicken (pictured here) and that makes me happy.
